Essential Connection

It's not about "woo-woo" magic — it's an essential component of personal growth and unavoidable in human life.

My Journey

From a young age, I've been fascinated by human behavior (Björk-music incoming), human motives and backgrounds leaving me passioned about personal development. I sought wisdom from older generations, always eager to learn from their stories. Described as open, curious, divergent and wise beyond my years, unaffected by authority and coming from a genuine, almost childlike place of curiosity and equality, I was always and still am able to open a new perspectives in all kinds of people, whatever the conversation was or is about.

Life Experience

• I had the chance to grow in a challenging, diverse, intellectually stimulating academic environment, where I learned resilience and discipline through high level sports and guidance from personal development mentors. (And yes, I burned out along the way!)

• I come from a Dutch Indonesian lineage, energy medicine is part of my DNA. I’ve journeyed deep into my personal history, confronting and healing ancestral issues that have been passed down through generations. From an early age, I was intuitively guided to explore this path—though it wasn’t always easy. Many times, it felt overwhelming (such as experiencing things like “seeing dead people”). However, it wasn’t until I faced a four-year-long period of peripartum depression that I was truly forced to confront ancestral trauma I could no longer ignore.

  My children, in their pure presence, literally awakened me. They triggered something in me, and I had no choice but to do the work. As I’ve grown, I’ve come to understand the profound beauty and honor in embracing this role—one that allows me to heal not just for myself, but for my ancestors and future generations.

• Labels and challenges: ADD, HSP, Highly gifted, paranormal, high-potential, peri partum depression, burnout, bored-out, emigrated — I’ve navigated them all (and more!), emerging stronger and more self-aware. Now in my 40s, I'm committed to help building a bridge to a new world where everyone can find their unique authentic spot, where the only true label is your own name.

What I Offer

I offer energy- & bodywork, therapy and coaching. And yes that also mixes with mentoring, trainings, teachings, counselling and a whole bunch of inspiration.

I offer singlesessions: 1-on-1 in person and online sessions, duo sessions, groupsessions and -events. I also offer small groupcontainers and lastly highly limited, personalized long-term guidance.

Everything I offer is an invitation to step into a new chapter where you can fully embrace your greatness and explore the uncharted territories of your truest self.
