Kundalini Bodywork

Kundalini energy is the life force we are all born with, flowing freely in childhood to keep us connected to our feelings and intuition. Over time, it often becomes dormant, blocked by stress, trauma, and negative experiences, leading to mental and physical issues like exhaustion, headaches, or emotional disconnection.

Our thoughts, emotions, words, and the people around us all have an energetic influence on us. Traumas (both big and small), stress, and negative experiences can become stored in the body, creating blockages in our energy flow. These blockages can lead to a variety of mental and physical issues, such as exhaustion, living in your head, headaches, or an inability to truly feel what you want.

Kundalini activations help clear these blockages, release limiting beliefs, and expand awareness, guiding you back to your true self.

This process is gradual and requires integration beyond the session.

As a certified facilitator, I create a safe space for self-healing, inviting your unique energy to flow and supporting your inner journey.

It’s possible that you feel little or nothing at first, especially during your initial sessions. Even then, something is happening beneath the surface. It’s important not to force or rush the process—what arises is exactly what you’re ready for at that moment. 20% happens on the mat, the other 80% happens in life after the session.

The Session

You will lie down on a yoga mat with your eyes closed while loud music plays for about an hour. During this time, I will gently touch specific points on your body. This allows you to embark on an inner journey, where blockages and suppressed emotions may surface, activating your self-healing ability. Surrender to whatever arises.

First and foremost: try to approach the session without specific expectations and surrender to whatever arises. An open mindset with a beginner’s attitude works best. Movement is not the goal, nor does it indicate that the session is more profound. The process is key, including the integration afterward.

It’s possible that you’ll experience various physical sensations: cold, warmth, heaviness, lightness, flow. Body movement: subtle tingling, jolts, trembling, waves, adopting (body) poses spontaneously. Feeling a range of emotions, from sadness and anger to joy, immense strength, or love. The urge to make sounds, sing, or even scream.

Participation

Kundalini bodywork is powerful and profound. It’s important that you have the space to process any emotions that may arise after the session.

I higly recommend to book multiple (3-6) sessions if you'd like a truely transformational therapeutic experience.

My offerings are for men and women from the age of 21. Some of my sessions require a prerequisite.

When Should You Not Participate?

  • If you have epilepsy, severe heart conditions, or dementia

  • If you have psychiatric disorders such as schizophrenia, psychosis, or bipolar disorder

  • If you are using psychoactive medication

  • If you are pregnant or breastfeeding (this can be discussed)

  • If you’re younger than 21
